How do I apply for my chosen Insurance?

After you Online Appointment.
This is a link you can fill up as your initial application form.

Note: Payment upon application is attached to the application form upon submission to Sun Life.
Waiting for Approval
The application may take 2-7 days if without additional requirement/s until approval.
If there's a requirement needed by the underwriter, delay in approval date may occur. Please provide the necessary documents asap to avoid delay.
Digital Contract

You will receive your Policy Contract on your registered
e-mail 3 days after approval.
